CSS registration this time did not start on time. Normally registration starts in the month of October but this time, October is about to end and registration could not start. There are many rumors about this delay. Some candidates say that the Chairman of Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has been changed. The new Chairman is now reshaping the syllabus, subjects selection options and groups division for the next examination. Due to this reason the registration could not start on time.
Lets hope, all the changes that the new Chairman of the FPSC made should be in the best interest of all the candidates.
